POLE CLASSES
POLE
Learn moves, tricks, and combinations on static and spin pole.

Intro to Pole pre-req: No experience required!
L1 pre-req: Comfortable with Intro to Pole moves (walk, dip, knee spin)
L1.5 pre-req: Ability to complete a pole climb and do a pull-up crunch.
L2 pre-req: Can invert from the floor.
L3 pre-req: Can aerially invert and do an extended butterfly. Comfortable with inside and outside leg hangs.


OPEN POLE
Unstructured time in the studio to freestyle or work on tricks and choreography from classes.
Attire: No requirements
Pre-reqs: 3+ pole classes
STRETCHING & CONDITIONING
POLE CONDITIONING
Cross-training to continue strengthening your muscles, mostly off the pole. This upbeat exercise class is appropriate for all levels.
Attire: Comfortable exercise clothes

SLOW STRETCH
Flexibility is key to both pole training and a healthy lifestyle. Stretch out those tight muscles, target regions you’re looking to improve, or maybe even get your splits. This class is appropriate for all levels.

POLE CONDITIONING
Cross-training to continue strengthening your muscles, mostly off the pole. This upbeat exercise class is appropriate for all levels.

ACTIVE FLEX & MOBILITY
Unlock better ranges of motion within a well-balanced training regimen. Stretch and strengthen specific muscle groups for off and on the pole movement.

DANCE CLASSES
CHOREOGRAPHY
This class will guide you through choreographed dances that change every month. Learn how to flow from movement to movement on your feet, the floor, and around the pole.

Attire: Anything that makes you feel comfortable, whatever that may be. Show up in something sexy, workout attire, or sweatpants if that’s your vibe. Wear heels if you would like.
Pre-reqs: We recommend, but do not require, attending a variety of floorwork and pole classes before choreography.


FLOORWORK
Learn fun transitions on the floor, focus on body isolations you can use on or off the pole, and find your sensual flow. Learn how to connect with the floor in a safe and supported way. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Attire: Kneepads strongly recommended but besides that, anything that makes you feel comfortable. Wear heels if you
would like.

INTRO TO STUDIO K
If you’ve never done pole before or are new to the studio, Intro to Studio K courses will help you get a taste of all our classes and see what you enjoy. The course consists of three classes, which are booked together (but email us if you have scheduling constraints)!

Session 1: This class will start with an introduction to Studio K, pole dancing equipment, safety, and grips. Then you'll learn basic pole dance and floorwork moves and put them together in a short combo!
Session 2: You'll hear a brief history of pole dance, build on Session 1 by trying out spin pole, and get a sampler of our choreography class!

Session 3: Learn about the importance of rest, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning to pole dancing, and get a sampler of our slow flow flexibility class, active flexibility class, and pole conditioning class!
​
Attire: Comfortable clothing where you have exposed skin or grippy material on your legs and arms. For example, shorts and a tank top or sports bra, or a cute pole outfit!
