Session 3: Learn about the importance of rest, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning to pole dancing, and get a sampler of our slow flow flexibility class, active flexibility class, and pole conditioning class!

Attire: Comfortable clothing where you have exposed skin or grippy material on your legs and arms. For example, shorts and a tank top or sports bra, or a cute pole outfit!
