Freestyle Foundations

New to freestyling? This is your invitation to explore movement in a fun, supportive space—no experience needed. This workshop will focus on off-the-pole movement. Through guided prompts and creative exercises, you’ll learn how to tap into your body’s natural rhythm, break out of your head, and move with freedom and confidence. This is a space to experiment, grow, and move without judgment.

Attire: comfy clothes, kneepads -- and bring a cozy blanket

This workshop is being offered to our monthly members for free as a membership perk. Because there are limited slots, a $10 no-show fee will be invoiced if you reserve a spot but do not use it. Students who purchase the workshop will not be charged a no-show fee.
