Service Description
Learn fun transitions on the floor, focus on body isolations you can use on or off the pole, and find your sensual flow. Learn how to connect with the floor in a safe and supported way. This class is appropriate for all levels. Attire: Kneepads strongly recommended but besides that, anything that makes you feel comfortable. Wear heels if you would like. Pre-reqs: None

Cancellation Policy
Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. No refunds or additional credits will be given for cancellations or rescheduled classes within 6 hours or for no-shows. Unlimited members will be billed $15 per no-show after the first absence per month.
