Service Description

Learn about the importance of rest, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning to pole dancing, and get a sampler of our slow flow flexibility class, active flexibility class, and pole conditioning class!

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. No refunds or additional credits will be given for cancellations or rescheduled classes within 6 hours or for no-shows. Unlimited members will be billed $15 per no-show after the first absence per month.
