Service Description

Explore low-height pole moves and fluid floorwork, usually combined into a short choreo. Appropriate for all levels. Attire: Kneepads strongly recommended but besides that, anything that makes you feel comfortable. Wear heels if you would like. Pre-reqs: 3+ L1 classes recommended, or equivalent experience at another studio

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. No refunds or additional credits will be given for cancellations or rescheduled classes within 6 hours or for no-shows. Unlimited members will be billed $15 per no-show after the first absence per month.
