Service Description
This all levels Pilates class focuses on building core strength, improving mobility, and enhancing body control through mindful movement. Whether you're new to Pilates or have experience, we'll practice classical Pilates principles as you work through exercises that strengthen your entire body. This low-impact class helps develop the stability and control that benefits both your pole training and everyday movement. Pre-reqs: None Attire: Comfortable exercise clothes

Cancellation Policy
Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. No refunds or additional credits will be given for cancellations or rescheduled classes within 6 hours or for no-shows. Unlimited members will be billed $15 per no-show after the first absence per month.
