Learn new poses and tricks with the foundations from L1, and begin to learn to invert. Pre-req: Ability to complete a pole climb and do a pull-up crunch

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. No refunds or additional credits will be given for cancellations or rescheduled classes within 6 hours or for no-shows. Unlimited members will be billed $15 per no-show after the first absence per month.
