Service Description

Learn new poses and tricks in inverted positions, as well as combining more poses together in your combos. Pre-req: L2: Able to invert. L3: Comfortable and controlled inside and outside leg hang, extended butterfly, and aerial invert. Options will be provided for movements for both levels.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 6 hours ahead of the scheduled start time. No refunds or additional credits will be given for cancellations or rescheduled classes within 6 hours or for no-shows. Unlimited members will be billed $15 per no-show after the first absence per month.
